The City of Waynesboro has made it easy for you to pay all of these fees online at your convenience by using either your Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card through a secure web portal.  Whether you are paying taxes, utility bills, court fees, traffic tickets, or other government services, our online payment service will simplify bill paying.

Making a payment is fast, easy and secure.  There are 5 simple steps, and a convenience fee for payment transactons is charge is disclosed prior to final authorization.  Simply click the link below, and select the option Payment Options at the top of the screen for WebFeePay.com.

Five Steps

There are five steps to this process.

Step 1:
Please begin the payment process by going to Payment Options and selecting a state, city or county, and your payment option.

Step 2:
Read over and accept the disclaimer for the Webfeepay.com service.

Step 3:
Provide the information necessary to complete your payment. If paying for someone else, please enter contact information for the person owing the tax, fee, or other payment. The card information does not need to match the contact person.

Step 4:
Review and confirm the information you provided on Step 3. This is your opportunity to go back and make any changes before submitting your payment. When you press "Submit" on this page, your payment will be authorized and processed.

Step 5:
Webfeepay.com issues a digital receipt containing a confirmation number for all successfully completed payments. You will also receive this information via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided in step 3. We encourage you to print the receipt for your records.
